The family company has been developing developments and residential developments since 1969. In its beginnings, it focused its activity on the area of Torrevieja Sur with the design and development of the exclusive urbanization “La Veleta”. For 25 years it is Pilar who leads the team, developing promotions both in the North and in the South of Torrevieja, always following the values of transparency and requirement that help the company to grow and not lose sight of the objectives of complying with the norms international quality and sustainability.

He is part of Grupo Insara’s and Sastre & Sastre architecture technical team as a BIM architect in the drafting development of residential projects. He is a specialist in photography and graphic design, with a strong focus on visual impact and creative detail.

She plays an important role in resource management and supports project planning and monitoring, fostering communication between teams and contributing to the company’s administrative and financial objectives.

Andrés plays a crucial role in the handover and after-sales phases, guaranteeing an efficient and timely response to any maintenance needs and contributing to overall client satisfaction.

Since 2018, he has managed the holiday rental business, delivering high value-added service. He speaks Spanish, English, and French.
